Booking, Cancellation & Late Policy
I Full payment is taken in advance via a payment link that I will send you after you book. I can only hold your slot open for 48 hours unless payment is received (or if you contact me to discuss a later payment).
If you need to reschedule please contact me (I may be able to offer slots not seen on the booking calendar).
Cancellations will receive a full refund up to 48 hours before, but cancellations less than 48 hours will only be partially refunded (50%).
Apologies, but no shows or last minute cancellations less than 12 hours will not be refunded - but please contact me directly in unforeseen circumstances and I will always try to accommodate where possible.
Please let me know if you are running more than 5 minutes late as this may mean less treatment time so subsequent appointment slots aren't negatively affected.
There is no waiting area, so please be on time rather than early for your appointment.
